Activation

I bought movie magic pro 16 a few years ago.

I have all my info to install on new hard drive. Why can I not do this.

I had installed a year back because of a virus and had to reload everything. Now I cannot use this program because will not activate?

Having now to go buy another program just to make a movie. I liked the movie magic 16 but I cannot keep buying movie maker soft were everytime I have to uninstall it or hard drive crash.

Impossible to contact anyone. And why should i pay for a problem with your product?

The one I but today will not be a Magix product unless this gets resolved soon

I have had my activation reset with no problem after several changes of hard drive. Go to: https://support2.magix.com/customer/en You do need to have registered your product which I assume you would have done when you bought it.

You are so right this is a forum. But in a fourm people should know that there are contact problems with magix.

Yes I did register my product but for some reason now even magix sends me a reset pass word by email I still cannot log on. When I call they want me to pay money?
 

I was hoping some one in the fourm has had this problem. You were lucky. I have the correct email and I constantly get emails from them about their products. I have the correct password because they emailed me to reset it.

Cannot talk to anyone at matrix because I cannot log in or have to pay?

 

So how does a person contact magix
