The seller of any product is responsible for it's fit for purpose state so you have to contact Ashampoo for any problems you have with the software. They do appear to have both a contact page and a refund request page.
Other than that, this is purely a user forum with no Magix staff present to assist with such queries.
Sorry, but here users normally can only help with technical queries based on our experiences with various Magix programs.
Looking into this further, if you have just bought the software I personally would ask for my money back. There is no end user licence agreement for video easy on the Ashampoo website and the program itself on the Magix website is now subscription only.
