Which version did you buy, Plus or Premium? Are you using copy/paste to put in the activation code? What is the error message?

Hi , Thanks for your answer. I bought premium edition 2019. The error message is : "Error occured during activation. Activation failed, please try again later" . I tried again and again and always the same message! I have windows 10.

Just to be sure, the computer you are trying to activate MM on is connected to the internet, I assume?

When i acctivate MM, i'm on internet but error message.
