Activating SpectraLayers Pro 8 from SF Pro 16 Suite on a second PC

I bought an upgrade of Sound Forge Pro suite (from 13 up to 16) in May, and the installation and activation on my first PC went flawless. I have a second PC permanently sited in my holyday cottage in the Norwegian mountains, in which I like to use the second slot of my Sound Forge Pro 16 Suite license. Activating Sound Forge Pro was hassle-free, but when I tried to activate SpectraLayers Pro 8 using the original Serial number delivered in the purchase, I get the message: "The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license. Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code." I am using the eLicenser software in the activation process.

Am I doing something wrong or do I have to ask Magix to send me a new Serial number (activation code) for my second installation of SpectraLayers Pro 8?

@Nelnor SpectraLayers licenses are given out by Steinberg, not Magix. Since you already used the activation code, the license is already in your Steinberg user account, so there is no need to activate it again. You can manage all your licences in your Steinberg user account at https://signin.steinberg.net/

If you don't have leftover a e-License you need to move it from your first computer to your second computer or buy a e-Licenser dongle and store it there. Then it will work on every computer you insert the dongle into.
