ACL15 - No access to downloading the install file

Magix shows that I did purchase this program but they do not provide a download capability for it. How can I get access to the install file? My c: drive became corrupted so I had to reformat and do a fresh install of Win 10 and start all over. I had some things backed up, but not this. They advertise that if we purchase through them that we always have access to download. When I go and look at all my purchases over the years, most of them show up but only some of them will allow me to download the files again.

Hi Thomas,

A downloadable version of ACL 15 pre-dates MAGIX' current serialisation and installer system. You'd find the download link in the original order confirmation e-mail, but it wouldn't be linked from Service Center on the MAGIX website in the same manner in which this is true for more current P2 and P3 generation products. You can contact MAGIX customer service to see whether there's something they can do for you:

https://support.magix.net

However, please note that ACL 15 also pre-dates Windows 10 by years and wouldn't be officially officially compatible with this OS. So, in the end, you might want to consider upgrading to a current version:

Hope this info helps!
