ACID Pro 11 update plugin problems

I just updated ACID 11 and now I am unable to open any plugins, on new projects or on old saved projects. When I try to open the plugin manager on a track or bus nothing happens. If I select insert fx chain on the master it opens up the plugin chooser but that's it...nothing on an individual track or bus. I'm running Windows 10

@Kevin-Venechuk Please try the following. Hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the program icon to start ACID. Keep holding CTRL and SHIFT until a small window appears that will ask you if you want to reset the program settings. Do this and check if this helps.
