Acid Pro 10 won't play any of my existing Acid 10 files after update

So, before the update Acid Pro 10 was a buggy piece of junk, but at least it (usually) loaded and played my existing .acd files. It used to crash when loading a track at startup, forcing me to restart it (if it hadn't crashed my audio driver in the process, forcing a system restart) and then load the file manually, but hey ho. I could just about live with that. Now, after an update (which destroyed my existing layout settings I might add), it seems to take forever (around two minutes) to load a track, and it simply won't play them at all once loaded. I click play and the software freezes. I can start a new track, lay down some loops and it will play fine. Loading an older (still Acid 10) file - no go. Can you please fix your software so it just works? It's been getting more and more unstable since Magix took over. I'm starting to feel I don't want to use it any more - it's getting too painful. And I paid money for this thing.

@Sam-Stone

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.

The only suggestion I can make is that you create a Support ticket via this page and ask for help with this.
