ACID PRO 10 SUITE CRASHING

I've just purchased Acid Pro 10 Suite. After installing and activating Acid 10, the program opens up but as soon as I click on any audio file, mp3, wav etc, the program crashed. It's unusable. I also have Acid Pro 8 Suite and since installing Acid Pro 10 that also has become unusable, it crashes in exactly the same way. If this can't be sorted out am I entitled to a refund? I would rather uninstall both programs and reinstall Acid Pro 8, I know that worked before.

@david-johnson Are all your computer drivers updated? Is Windows 10 updated?

HI. Thanks for the quick response. I've been running through and updating various drivers, also disabling audio devices to see if that makes a difference, unfortunately it's exactly the same: As soon as I click/select an audio or video file Acid Pro freezes and shows an error then shuts down. Think I may have to contact magix to see if I can have a refund, this is unusable...pity, I was looking forward to using it.
