Acid Pro 10 saved files no color, fx files

1. After I save an acid file I get an icon with no color, and it does not open on its own, must be by Acid Pro 10 itself..

2. How can I cancel/delete the fx sign on a track?

3. How to stop the program from making sfx copies of every file?

Anybody has solutions to these issues, please?

1. I don't really understand the first question.

2. Click on View>Event FX button. That will remove the annoying FX buttons.

3. you mean when you save a file in Acid, it makes a backup copy of it? If so, go to Options>Preferences>Uncheck "create project file backs (.acd).

Dear Aman, can you help me with this: Recording using the two-ports UR22mk, I get only the left side wave, AND THE advances window in Line Properties window in windows 10 does not have the choice of 1 channel recording, they are all 2 channels recordings.

Do you have a fix for this? It did this with me before and I fixed it... I forgot how it worked. I use Acid Pro 10

Hey there, f you don't have a choice of picking just one channel prior to recording, do this, once your recording is done, right click on the wave and Event Clip, then choose "Channels" and choose "Combine". It will turn into a single mono channel.

Edit: For the recording Mono option, see where I showed with the arrow, when you click here, on the bottom choice, should be the interface, when you click on that, does it not then give you the option to choose ch Left, ch Right or both?

Thank you Aman so much. In fact before I read your response I downloaded MS drivers, it got fixed on it's own. However, could you please tell me what keyboard works with AcidPro 10?

Have a nice day

Issa, do you mean MIDI keyboard? I would love to suggest one but unfortunately, I don't use Acid for Midi or trigger notes into. I just Acid is my primary DAW for audio only. Meaning, I always have either FL studio/Cubase open as a secondary sources to create sounds in, I then export and import them into Acid and finish songs. I know this is not the answer you are looking for but thats how I have been doing since 1998. But if you must, you can use any Midi keyboard just as long as your audio interface supports it.

Hello AmanSingh, when I import any audio file in AcidPro 10, it works, I can hear it only during that session, but after I close the session, I open it again, it gives me a streaking annoying sound only, I never got this right. I did it with accepting all beat mapping, and without that, and always the same...

Can you help with this, please?
