I am on Windows 10, and using M-Audio Midisport UNO midi interface. I have run midi-ox and see the interface. Tested with midi output device (Yamaha WX5 wind controller) and midi-ox sees the midi stream.

Followed the instructions to Setup Midi Devices. When I select OPTIONS>PREFERENCE>MIDI tab as instructed, the only thing I see is the MS GS Wave Table synth?
