Acid Keeps Crashing

I am currently using Acid 10 on a 3 month Acid365 plan. I work on a Lenovo ThinkPad running Windows 10. The PC has 48 GB of RAM built in and 500 Solid State hard drive.

Acid 10 consistently crashes making me lose my work. The last session this happened with was being made exclusively with loops from Splice.com and contained no outside plugins (one track had ACID reverb on it). The session shuts down with no warning, then upon reloading it asks if you want to open the last recovered project, and I say yes. It shuts down while loading. And now when I attempt to open the autosave file (00003510.autosave), it also shuts down while loading. It seems that I will not be able to regain access to my work.

Please advise.

I started to have this problem as well. (today) All of a sudden the program (AP10) just stops and goes away...? You don't even have to be doing anything...it just disappears? I to am losing work, effort and time.

I too am having this issue. Sometimes Acid just disappears when loading a project. Sometimes it loads fine, then I'm working along and poof, just crashes to desktop like it was never open. I really need an answer to this issue if anyone has any advice.
