access to VST instruments

Why is it that after having downloaded and installed an update I no longer have access to all the VST instruments I had access to before. Thanks for your help! nick

@Nicholas You must log in with your e-mail and password. If this doesn't work then please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store.
