There is a known bug with the help menu not being loaded in the SF Pro-14 installation. Installing the 32 bit version usually loads the data for both, Many of the other settings and preferences are shared as well. The 32 bit version co-exists with the 64 bit version w/o issue and does not count as second activation (on the same PC).
Great! Thank you --- loading the 32 bit version solved my problem. (Then I needed the computer space, so after loading the 32 bit version to get the Help Files, I removed the 32 bit version --- which also got rid of my 64 bit version, so then I re-loaded the 64 bit version, and the Help Files are still there. What a process, but it worked!)
