Dear Sir / Madam,
First I enter a MP3 music Melody file into the Track one on the Arranger, then I record my voice by singing along the Melody, and enter My voice file into the Track Two on the Arranger, but when I play them together, there is a time difference of one or two seconds between them, so they are not mixed together properly. Please let me know how can I solve this problem?

First I must let you know I am user same like you here we share our knowledge and it is not Magix support ok.
The problem you are talking about usually occur due to Latency problem. Are you using ASIO? if not check it and make changes and set drive to ASIO. In Magix Music Maker when it is open on Key board clikc on "Y" key Program settings window will be opened click on Audio/Midi tab look at left side and make necessary adjustment.
For reference check screen shot below. In this screen shot I have changed ASIO settings accoridng to my audio interface.
After doing adjustment also check your "Sound setting, Recording and Play" in Control Panel/Sound.
Hope your problem will be solved. If not you can try www.asio4all.com ASIO driver from this website I never try it therefore, I do not know if it is good or bad ok.
