I cannot use the two licenses that came with the program I just upgraded. I had a license before. I accidentally used and spent my free rights instead of using the other license coupon.
I request the right to upload an instrument and a sound.
Firstly publishing you're codes means that anyone could steal them. If you can't use them in the upgraded version you need to reload an older version and use the coupons there. You can then add these features to you're upgraded version. Coupons for older version do not work with the latest version.
These coupons are for the new version. But I already had them.
If they are for the new version you can just to choose to purchase the item such as the Stranger Synths bundle and on the purchase screen enter your coupon. If you have obtained these with your free options included with the edition you've got you'll have to contact Magix directly and see if they will do anything. shop@magix.net
