@VLADIMIR-GULPE  Hi, Yep Movie Studio 2022 Platinum does, MPEG-4 has UltraHD 3840 x 2160 or HEVC has 4K 4096 x 2160, personally i use MPEG-4 which is AVC 3840 x 2160 because it is 16:9 & AVC is accepted by pretty much all software, 4k 4096 x 2160 is 256:135 (Magix says 1:896296) which is an odd size for me & HEVC is fairly new & still not fully supported well by some software.

but HEVC does do 3840 x 2160 16:9

If you don't know the difference you might be better off Googling HEVC vs AVC, if you put HDR setting on your phone camera it will prob record HEVC & it's always best to set your project to the same specs as your media, then when you come to export the project the settings will be already in the export dialogue, you just need to decide between HEVC or AVC (MPEG-4)

@VLADIMIR-GULPE

Movie Studio 2022 Platinum has a lot of different export movie formats like:

Video as AVI, Video as MPEG, Video as MPEG 4 and so on, my question is :Does anyone know which of Magix edit programs has a 4k export movie format?

Your Movie Studio 2022 has it, as well as VPX. It is in the MPEG-4 Export section. The format "Preset" options for MPEG-4, which include 4K, are the same as those I posted in your other topic:

All my forum comments are based on or refer to my System 1.

My struggle is over! I built my (now) system 2 in 2011 when DV was king and MPEG 2 was just coming onto the scene and I needed a more powerful system to cope. Since then we've advanced to MP4 and to bigger and bigger resolutions. I was really suffering, not so much in editing (with proxies) but in encoding, which just took ages. A video, with Neat Video noise reduction applied, would encode at 12% of film speed. My new system 1 does the same job at 160% of film speed. Marvellous. I'm keeping my old system as a capture station for analogue video tapes and DV.
