Hello to all

first post here, I'm new into MMM
I bought Music Maker + 1 month subscription to soundpools but I face 3 issues.
1- after downloaded 3 soundpools coming with Premium edition, I cant download anything else. a message appears saying ''Download failed''.
2 - the already downloaded soundpools does not appear in the list. I have to add them manually by clicking ''add soundpools''  every time I open the program. 
3- when I open an existing project which contain a vst instrument , a message appears saying ''the following plugin can not be loaded''
If anyone knows any workaround on these, please input
