Andrew-starkey : Hi, yes I'm having major problems with Magix Music Maker Premium 2017 after the recent update.
After the update :
1) I had an ERROR -59 message - Installation folders may be damaged
2) Tried reloading the update ... same result as above.
3) I followed the "Fixing problems with Magix software - WIN 10" instructions. Nothing wrong there.
4) Downloaded the software once again and it loaded ... only to find that the PITCH controls on all of the LOOPS were all greyed out, and the STORE is missing. (top RH corner)
5) Repeated the whole process once again, and the software was up and running (PITCH controls back)
6) I still have no access to the STORE direct from the software.
7) Now all my purchased LOOPS will not play.
8) Just started up the software to get the error message for the purchased LOOPS and I had another pop-up window stating there was another "Major Program Update" !
9) Downloaded the update ... still no use ! It basically states that the purchased LOOPS from Magix cannot be read !!!
10) Help ... please. I have sent the above info to Magix and am awaiting a reply.
