I believe that parts of yur composistion may alrady be published...its quitae possibe that 2 or more people sitting at a keyboard or guitar or drum kit, come up with the same riffs...not the whole song maybe, but parts are the same, and if one of those persons publishes first, well, thats just the way it is.
