In quell'e-mail ci sono i tuoi numeri di serie e i link per il download. Se l'e-mail non è nella tua posta in arrivo o nel filtro antispam, devi contattare l'assistenza clienti all'indirizzo infoservice@magix.net
If you bought it from Magix.com you shuld have gotten an order confirmation email immediately after the purchase. In that e-mail are your serial numbers and download links. If the e-mail isn't in your e-mail inbox or spam filter you need to contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net
Thank you, I actually received the confirmation email, but I thought I had purchased the CD and that it would arrive by post. I have the receipt of payment of €4.99 for shipping.
@FILIPPOMARIO-RUTIGLIANO Non so esattamente quanto tempo ci vorrà prima che tu riceva il CD, ma puoi sempre contattare l'assistenza clienti all'indirizzo infoservice@magix.net e chiedere loro i dettagli. Non so cosa c'è sul CD, alcuni utenti qui hanno scritto che è solo lo stesso programma di installazione che puoi scaricare da Magix.com. Tecnicamente, non hai bisogno del CD.
I'm not sure how long it will take until you receive the CD, not you can still contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for details. I don't know what is on the CD, some users here wrote it's only the same installer you can download from Magix.com. Technically, you don't need the CD.
