Your ideas are very nice. The transitions are unexpected and have a progressive sound. The vocals compliment the music as well. Unfortunately, I can't rate this because it is just too unusual. There are conflicting instrumental parts that do not go very well together. 

I do not know what you have done but I think this music has great potential but you should mix it properly
