Thanx everybody! yep , it's me playing all the parts at my home rec studio in summer 2008. Vocal parts: 8 tracks recorded in 2 sessions after a base work made with a Taylor 214 . The second part of the suite it'sbeen made with 3 -Taylor tracks ( 2 playing chords + 1 beating on the top ) and 1 on voice . More of it it's been inspired by Michael Hedges's sound.
Thank u Jeff!! Well , the chorus part has taken most of the time to be recorded and mixed as u can hear. 2 entire days and thousands of vocal-takes before to be satisfied . All in a corner of my living room :) and with the precious support of Music Maker and his built-in efx! The mic it's a B-1 from Behringer , actually u never to spend a lot of money to have a good product that fit with the use u required , and the B-1 is perfect for me.
Ciao from Italy !
Wonderfulllllll!!I#d like to learn how to do that....
Actually , is not so hard to get it : Turn off your phone , lock the door and...practice,practice,practice a lot only with a good microphone recording few tracks in overdub until u get something that could satisfy , nearer to the idea u have of it. Once u get it , add music.
Nowadays it's easy get a good instrumental base with the superb tools available BUT don't forget the voice : there you are , there lies your talent and there u can put what you are without too much technology helping you . Believe in yourself !
( Gosh , am I become a damn muzik-guru??? Naaaah !! )
