My husband Richard took this photo as we hiked the Doe River Gorge Trail in northeast Tennessee, United States. The trail used to be an active railroad but now it's a hiking trail. The trail has two tunnels like this one but for the rest of the time, the forest itself feels like a tunnel as it wraps itself around you.
