St Elmo's Fire is from a film released in 1985. I have not seen the movie but I think the title song is beautiful. I used a variety of VST instrumnents and played all parts on my keyboards.
Another demonstration of your piano skills is shown here. Not only did I enjoy the listen, But I liked the combination of the different instruments, which blend in very well. I can't say that I remember the movie, but that doesn't matter, listening to your music is always a pleasure.
Kind regards,
Graham.

Dear Trich is always a pleasure to hear your compositions, even those as in this case from magazines and rearranged tea.
Music no doubt very pleasant, where everything was made up like a three-dimensional puzzle.
Compliment you is due or obligatory. What can be said on the other, that musically you are without doubt a great many of you have given evidence
a hug Franco
Once again a wonderful piece of keyboard/piano music. It´s fantastic to hear you play in this way.
Kind regards waalfred

Hi Trish,
I do not know the film but I know you know how to transmit beautiful and positive feelings with your music and your piano.
A composition where all the instruments play in perfect harmony in a very homogeneous.
Great as always.
Musica bellissima e dolce, hai giocato bene con il tuo pianoforte, complimenti, saluti da tgfmusica, Gianfranco, ciao

Hi Trish:
As I have already opined, I think this rendition of the theme is absolutely gorgeous. Not to get too wordy, you've struck all of the emotional 'chords' (so to speak).
It's terrific to be able to sit down (for a change) and enjoy a well orchestrated piece of music. Not much of that these days...
BTW, I think it's high time for you to check out the movie... It's not as 'dated' as some may think. After all, teenage angst is still alive and well the last time I checked.
Very well done, a song very well accompanied by other instruments, ... I saw that film and listen to the theme song also .. you have done a very appropriate version, well done.
Hey Trish! So sorry I'm so late! This is very well done, as always. And I really enjoy the other sounds you used along with your always delightful piano. They're a nice, unexpected touch. And everything works well together to bring out the emotion. I guess if I HAD to say anything critical, maybe I might add some reverb to the saxophone (or whatever instrument that is) to let its notes linger in the air just a bit longer. But that's only a thought that occurred to me. It certainly doesn't need it.
WOW. The ending almost made me cry. Great work, Trish.
Hello Patrick. In reference to the synthetic sound of the chorus I have used.....It actually IS a synth. I tried to get the choir from my church to come and sing but most were unable to. LOL ( I'm joking, of course.) The chorus is one from my Korg keyboard which I personally prefer to the awful "canned" verbal mutilation offered by Magix, Ooff!! Terrible vocals. One would think they could come up with something more realistic but I suppose that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, oui?
Thanks for your comment. I am glad that you appreciated my efforts, albeit the synthetic sound of the chorus.
