Hi Stu, really impressive - you perfectly mirror the 'deserted' or vast (?) atmosphere of a desert. From the beginning on, I had to think of an LP called "Dust" by the british musician Peter Murphy (see e.g. here:  - your track could be part of this album  and you wouldn't realize a huge difference (apart from the singing). 

This is really a trip, like Robert below said. You can get into a flow. I especially like the woodwinds at about 2:40 and the 'eastern sounding' starting at about 3:07 or so. No more words though - a great track indeed, Stu.

Boy. you don't put that many songs on here but when you do.......they're very memorable.  Fantastic.  All of the instruments you use are top notch and your sound is ridiculous!  ( I mean that in a good way, of course)..Griff used the word I was going to use, I see. but I'm going to use it anyway....Ethereal.  WOW, I just can't really express myself or my admiration for this song.

am anfang hätte der pad oder synth etwas mehr eingekürzt werden mussen und ein wenig einfaden am ende.

ansonsten interessanter soundtrack,schöne klänge,dezent arrangiert.

Salut mon ami,

Merci pour l'invitation et excuses moi de ne pas avoir répondu avant, mais je suis en pose musicale en ce moment avec ma compagne,  on profite du soleil.

Très belle composition et j'adore cette très longue intro,

Les sons qui composent cette intro sont très spéciaux avec de l'écho que je trouve super et nous transportent.

Ca apporte aussi un grand mystère avec d'abord, à part les premiers sons de synthés, des instrument conventionnels comme, le piano, la harpe, la guitare, puis à 2,07 minutes, commencent les instruments orientaux avec de très beaux sons.

Et si tu n'avais pas mis comme photo pour ta jaquette, les dunes du désert du Sahara ou autre, et bien l'intro nous fait penser à un autre monde, que celui de l'Orient, je trouve cela super !.

C'est une jolie musique avec une très belle ambiance orientale que j'aime bien, j'ai reconnu parmis certains sons très beaux, un loops de MAGIX que j'ai moi même utilisé dans une musique Ethnic situé à 3,24 minutes et un peu plus loin aussi.

Ensuite, la mélodie au violon est géniale, j'adore ! et les accompagnements aussi,

ensuite on revient à cette atmosphère du début, à partir de 6,06 minutes et avec un bel instrument oriental en plus, par contre, dommage que ce soit coupé, pourrais tu s'il te plait, arranger cela, car cette fin je la trouve très belle aussi, mais elle est malheureusement coupée.

C'est certes une composition assez simple, mais tellement belle, qu'elle n'a pas besoin d'être complexe et tout y est avec un bon mixage aussi, pour nous faire rêver, nous transporter, nous relaxer ou méditer.

En même temps, ce type de musique et le style principal choisi, c'est à dire la musique "Ethnic" est un style qui se prête à cela, les instruments orientaux nous transportent obligatoirement, par leur sonorités très spéciales et lancinantes.

Ca fait 3 fois que je l'écoute et je dirais qu'elle mérite au moins 10 étoiles et d'être dans mes favoris bien sûr.

A bientôt mon ami pour de nouvelles aventures musicales et merci encore pour cette belle musique inspirée.

What an interesting intro! There's one just curious what comes next. After this fantastic intro came so many fine parts. That's a beautiful soundtrack about the journey through the desert and dunes. Excellent work!
