Why is the download server down?

I've just purchased a new product, except I can't download it because your server is down.
Conveniently, you manage to deduct money from my account, but don't provide the actual product.
Backup servers, mirrors, or alternates might be a more professional option for the future.
Please make the server or file available immediately or refund me.

As @browj2 has quite clearly stated, these are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support. Hence, there is no way that anyone who posts here can resolve your issue.
Have you tried waiting a few hours and then retrying the download? I have just tested the link you put in your post (which I have now removed because it should not be posted to a public forum, even if, without a full registration key, anyone seeing and using it would not be able to fully use the software) and everything worked as expected.
What initially downloads is a "Download Manager" which, when run, then downloads and installs all the needed files.
