The user manual and various video tutorials provide instructions on using the feather tool function to blur the edges of an object or image. Nothing happens when I follow the instructions provided. No feather tool function shows up on the top toolbar as it does in the videos. If there is a feather tool, I can't figure out how to access it.

I am using Xara Designer Pro X365 on a Dell desktop running 64-bit Windows 10.
