I had to wipe my laptop. Went to reinstall Xara, still have my P-3 number... but its tied to an email account that doesn't show up in my profile. How can I contact support?
Has your email address changed since you first installed the app? I ask this because I am confused as to how you could have originally registered the product if your email account doesn't show up in your profile.
If you have changed your email address, simply log into your Magix accountusing the "wrong" email if that is what is stored there, go to "User data" and change your email details.
Once that change has propagated through the Magix systems you should be able to successfully activate the reinstalled product.
