Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Has your email address changed since you first installed the app? I ask this because I am confused as to how you could have originally registered the product if your email account doesn't show up in your profile.

If you have changed your email address, simply log into your Magix account using the "wrong" email if that is what is stored there, go to "User data" and change your email details.

Once that change has propagated through the Magix systems you should be able to successfully activate the reinstalled product.

Please post back if this method is unsuccessful for you.
