@miguelita

Hi

In Photostory open the Store tab, click the drop down menu top left of the Store dialog, it will say All in it, select Themepacks, in the right pane the Ultimate Travel pack is the 3rd icon.

Which package content are you trying to activate?

Any serial numbers or coupon codes should be in the purchase confirmation email you received for Photostory, credits should appear in the Store pane if you have them.

Really appreciate your feedback. I am presuming something has changed with Magix support over the past year as I had been having luck in actually corresponding with an actual support team person. I guess all good things come to an end!!!

Subsequent to my query about the Ultimate Travel Package.....I finally found it. Disappointed that many of it's offerings do not work with the Travel Maps!

With regards to the "Activate Content package"....I hit that entry and it takes me to a window that requires a serial number or coupon code. The only serial number I have (that I'm aware of) is the one that starts with P. I read somewhere the serial number that is required starts with G....have no clue where that would be. If you have any suggestions, I'll still be in Magix limbo land!!

Hi

. . . . Disappointed that many of it's offerings do not work with the Travel Maps! . . . .

Are you referring to some of the content of the Ultimate Travel package not working in Travel Maps? If so what is not working?

The Activate continent package option is only used if you have a coupon code, or have purchased downloadable plugins or Soundpool packs.

Once again, after checking a little more closely, I was in error. I was looking at another sub-folder in the Magix store - Decorations (Travel Accessories) which indicates they do not work in Travel Maps.

I seem to remember in an older version of Magix, I was able to get the Activate Content Package but don't remember how. I don't remember having a coupon and don't think I purchased downloadable plugins. Guess I'll have to be satisfied with what I have.

Have you had success in 'talking' to or communicating with a support agent from Magix. I seem to have been able to do so over the past several years - my last communication being almost a year ago. I can't even get to the page where you can start a "new ticket" via the support form on the website.
