Cant use software. Wont load projects. Very frustrating
Wont load my completed project. Locks up at 90%

why cant i contact magix to help solve my problem. at this pt the software is worthless. i am so frustrated. cant find the project i created, cant load it from the title i created. it just locks up and gives me weird messages about something else being open and chose a new folder. ahhhg

Magix Support operates through a ticket system so that is how a request for help is generated. There is no telephone support.
However, there are a number of very experienced users of the software who visit and post here and so might well be able to offer advice to you.
So, first, please tell us the exact wording of any error message you receive.
Second, please tell us about your computer. This post will show you the sort of information which is invaluable to us when trying to help you. Also, please tell us exactly which version and build of PS you have. (You can check under Help>About...) The latest version is 21.0.1.96.
