I updated my laptop to Version 19.0.0.63990 update service code 4319KA1.

It is working fine, no problems.

The problem is with my pc. After uninstalling version 18, the upgrade stalls

and will not install version 19. I had this same problem when I purchased the

upgrade from version 15 or16 to 18 and support sent me a link and instructions

to fix the problem. Help please.
