Will not publish websites

Web Designer Premium 17 system I am using. The Magix system will not publish any of my websites, I get - FPT error:Remote site not found. I have been trying to find a contact mail address for the technical department which used to be available on the Magix help page but it has disappeared. Any suggestions?

First, who the hosting provider for your site? What is your site's URL?

With rather more information than you have given so far, we might be able to offer some advice!

My host is Xara, the website I am trying to publish is www.peverelwineclub.co.uk I have four websites and non of them will publish.

Check that you are using the correct FTP paramaters ie:

For Xara Hosting - the FTP parameters you should be using are :

Server: sftp.xara-online.com
Username: e-mail address registered with XARA Online
Password: password for above.

For Magix-Online hosting - the FTP parameters you should be using are :

Server: ftp.magix-online.com
Username: e-mail address registered with XARA Online
Password: password for above.

Also see if you can connect using the above parameters with an FTP program such as FileZilla.
