Are you using a Domain Name hosted with MAGIX or another provider. If it is with us, then log into your online world and go to the Domain & Email option down the right hand side.

Check here that you have your domain set to FTP, if it is not click on Change and select FTP.

Then re-upload your website and it should appear.

If your hosting is with someone else, then you will need to contact them to provide you with assistance.
