Why won't Extreme Photostory recognize my DVD burner?

I used Extreme photostory in the past and it recognized my DVD burner. I have now changed computers and photostory will not recognize the burner. I have already downloaded updates for the DVD burner.

It could be that the computer you are using now has other burning software that already has the burner in use (at least in communication) therefore, the PhotoStory cannot communicate to the burner.

What version of PhotoStory do you have?
