Hi Paulo and welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
Video Easy has not been available from the Magix website for some time now and I think is no longer supported by Magix. It has had a permanent 'Sold out' label next to it for over two years now. If you have recently bought a copy from a third party website I suggest you contact them and ask for a refund. If it is an old copy, there have been no updates to the program to accept newer variants of codecs that I'm aware of.
If you have further questions I suggest you get in direct contact with Magix.
Personally I feel they should have put up a 'Discontinued' notice up on their website if this is indeed the case.
I'm not sure anyone here can help you further but you never know.

Hi Paulio.
Having a quick look at the Magix website I find the same thing has happened to Rescue your video tapes.
To me it looks like Magix are leaving the lower end of the video editing scene.
I just wish they would be up front about it.
