Don't give up too soon! And please be also aware that 3D stuff is very new so the base of 3D experienced users is very small. I'd love to help But I've never tried as (1) not any 3D video recording facility and (2) don't have the very latest version of MEP which supports 3D.
I do have a question for any of the 3D community: If the youtube video is already anaglyph, why can't it be burn't as is? I'd assumed the new features in MEP were for the creation of anaglyphs from a L/R pair of video sources.
An (anaglyph)video downloaded from youtube? Then you gotta know that all videos uploaded in the 3D-Channel of youtube are uploaded as side-by-side videos.
If it´s an ordinary anaglyph (and uploaded so) simply download and burn it in 2D-Mode. No prob.

I took it from your first post '...why youtube anaglyph 3d videos...', that you wanted to make a DVD copy of an anaglyph downloaded from youtube. Sorry for creating confusion.
Hi Carl,
What kind of youtube-video you´re talking about?
