The email you got isn't there any support email address? if there is any, you should let them know immediately about this problem. You will have to include your transaction number or order number. If you don't have contact email then please use Magix support.

It will be better if you contact them sooner.

Additional: if you got Spam folder better check may be you find email inside that.
