Why can't I burn

I'm all ready to burn but it say there is an error. It says there is a version conflict and tell me to go to the support center but when I do I receive no help. Nothing is seeming to help me figure out what I need to do. Please Help!

I agree with you. I am unable to burn a DVD. It goes thru the reading and setup stage but as soon as I get to the actual burn I get an error message. A request for assistance from this crowd has achieved nothing. I know this doesn't help you but I can empathys with you.
