I have just uploaded a track using copyright free samples but created in magix music maker 15 on completion

of my upload i was told "blocked due to copyright issues" i havn't sampled anybodies music and all my previous uploads have been accepted but they've all come from samples from magix, fruity loops or e-jay...i know i should possibly read through the terms and conditions but i thought it would be quicker to ask a direct question....is it because i'm using non magix sound library samples? i've not used any swear words or pornograghy in my music....

Hi,

I don't think it is because you use non magix sound library, many user are doing that. You used the word SAMPLE, I will suggest avoid samples, as in Ejay they provide full sample song, unless you mix that with yours that might create problem. For Magix products, I am sure sample or demo if you use could create problem. But if you meant some thing different by Sample then I am sorry.

Magix Music Maker got Soundpool with full version that can be used freely, or if purchase soundpool dvd that can be used.(not MMM 17 and Soundpool DVD 17 license terms changed for these version)

No doubts copyrghts law are very stricts and your tracks will be yours as you said, all you have to do when upload  use this SHOW Copyrights, clearly mention how did you make etc.

Some time I read here similar cases like yours, song, track or music is mine copyrights free but blcked wrongly why why?  In that case you should click CONTACT button at the bottom and explain your problem by choosing email.

I you wish to read about copyrights and royaltyfree laws and how to use it go to my group and read articles. To read you have to join group which is simple.

Thank you
