Why are my 30 second video clips trunkated to 8 seconds in PhotoStory?

I am using PhotoStory CD and DVD 10 Delux on a new PC with Windows 7.  I am able to drop videos into the storyline but only 8 to 15 second of the opening frames or sometimes longer sound  tracts without video.  Am I doing sometihing wrong or is this a Magic shakedown to get me to pay more money for another key if I want to use a complete video clip?  if so what do I have to buy?

Hi

We need more information.

What is the source and format of the video clips?

Do they have sound and this is also not being imported?

Are you getting any messages when you import a clip?
