I have purchased the samplitude pro x 7 upgrade but I only received the order confirmation with the order number. After that, I received no information on downloads and serial number. In addition, I cannot find any means to contact customer support.

@Andrew-Lau Also check your spam folder in your e-mail account for your order confirmation e-mail. In it you should find your serial numbers and all download links.

Did you purchase it before or after it was released?
If before, it will take a while for Magix to issue the serial numbers to everyone. In the meantime, you can download the trial version. When you get the serial number, you can just activate it upon startup of Samplitude Pro X7. Magix mentioned this on the Samplitude/Sequoia forum. You have to join to see the main topics. Here is the thread.
If after it was released, then you should have received the serial number as @SP. has indicated.
