Hi

IIRC the message itself gives you the web address to go to to download the new burn routines you require.

If not login to your account using the link top right of the Magix.com homepage and follow the appropriate links through to the downloads.

John

Hello MAGIX,

Thanks for the answer - but I am on this page, and can't see where to download that DLL...

I must be blind,

Cheers

Hi

Here is a direct link to the tools downloads

https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/customer/downloads/tools

The Burn routine download link is there.

The route from when you login is not so obvious - to me it looks like all the web site design changes are not finished yet.

I cannot locate DLLAV32.DLL on the Magix site, is it available? I am unable to burn a DVD because the message states this if required. I use Windows 10 and MEP 16 Ver 9.0.1.60 (C1)

I use Windows 10 and MEP 16

I guess you posted this twice, I already replied to your other message (?). The old MEP 16 is not designed for Windows 10! Even with new burn routines, you will run into other difficulties, so you should get a later version of the software.
