I must admit I thought the same when I first joined this community. I expected the Magix guys to be crawling these pages supplying answers. But that isn't the case.
All the answers are provided my people like you and me sharing what we've learnt ... the hard way in many cases.
I must say that a lot of questions just ask something like "my program doesnt work" whithout giving specifics ... in which case its not easy to provide an answer.
I recently had a problem and after a bit of digging around found an answer to someone elses question that solved my problem.

So please everybody ... if you do know the answer to a question then take the time to offer a reply.

In this community you can either help yourself digging for an answer or put a meaningful question with some details describing your problem.

Some of the newbies do not know how to ask a question that also could be answered.

@bobbynuts: Some of my friends, who spent here a lot of time voluntarily helping others, know many answers, but they never found a precise question.

And last but not least, there is nobody to say "Thank you" - as an echo for a good answer.

You didn't get your "secret decoder ring" with you membership?

Sorry...just had to say that. You have hopefully found the answers you have been searching for.

My hats off to CarlStreet, I like your comment. However this is my view on the matter; It seems to me that when you're in business to sell a product, that product should work. If not, then try to find a way to please your customer to help boost your product and your company. If I knew that I would have to spend more time trying to find answers to your program, then enjoying the results, I would have never purchased this product. If I can't be confident about my equipment, then it's hard for me to add more customers in my business because I can't guarantee a real time of completion.
