Yesterday I bought the music maker 15,  Im just disgusted with how it all works, I have tried time and time and time again to install the packs and Ive followed the staffs standard copied and pasted response to this. Eventually looks like I got somewhere when having to re-install the programe 3 times, but out of the 4 packs I installed im just getting ambient, chillout, hip hop demo (empty) rock alternative(empty) and techno trance..is this my huge catalogue of sounds? LOL! I did go to add styles and there seems to be some other files, but I loaded them, and when I closed the programme and went back they had disapeard so Im back to square one. Im disgusted that programme makers are ignoring this issue, this programme looked on the outset and through there lovely intro video to be easy and effortless but its just become one complete nightmare and a waste of my money. I could just do with having a refund, I dont want to fuss about with files and re-installing this and that, just wanted to simply make music and I thought that when you paid for sofware rather then downloading illegaly you dont get all these dramas and complications. Well this has proven me wrong!
