What happened to online album free?!

para_source wrote on 6/17/2015, 9:18 PM

My online album no longer works. I can't open the the content manager regardless of what browser I use and the link to my album doesn't work. I have used this to display my work for my business since 2006. Why is it not working??? To the person who replied...I thought this was some type of support forum that magix monitored. I provided a description of what I've been experiencing. The server for the US site must be permanently down because it never works anymore. This has been going on for months and it STILL doesn't work. There was no need to be rude.

Mine works fine. Maybe the server was down for a while. Check back later.

Reread what you wrote. How would you expect another user to know why your album is not working.....other than what I wrote?

Hi

It would help us if you gave a weblink to the website - if the web address you are using  is  para_source.magix.net/album then it comes up empty.

If you are using a domain name which points to the website:

  1. Are you using this to access the content manager?

  2. Is the domain name still active?

Hi,

Sorry for being rude. This is a user forum and no one here works for Magix.

I see that you re-read your question and added some pertinent information but still not enough to be able to help. The server has been known to go down, but this is very infrequent and only for a short time, not for months.

Did you try to login to your account on magix-online.com? If not, try it. From there you may be able to access your album, or at least see what may be wrong. However, I don't know if the "free" album is accessible through this site.

For help from Magix, login to your account on the Magix.com site, under the Support tab, and look for the login link for technical support.

Finally, reply to John EB's questions, which would help direct you to a solution.
