Website Maker 4 - The Domain Voucher has an "error"

Hi I purchased Website Maker yesterday, I activated it and I am using it. My only problem is the Domain Voucher. I follow the instructions and enter the voucher code, but it keeps coming up with "Error in voucher code" I have re-typed and rechecked the code, and it is exactly the same as on the voucher. I feel cheated:-(

Please help, has anyone had this problem before?

Attach a screenshot of the error message and the voucher number so that magix can check this.
