Web main pages OK, mobile scrambled

Thanks for previous help.
My main pages to the Web are working well.
The mobile version, however is garbled as shown in the pictures below:
I have cleaned out the cache in my Google without any joy
Picture on my mobile is an older version picture 1, blue background.
Bringing it up on my mobile gives a thin horizontal line and one horizontal line at foot.
Widget was overlapping, but problem still occurs when removed.
Hope you can help - thanks in advance.

David, you need to delete the mobile history from your phone, Thereafter you should see the same as I do.

The text is really too small, but it does mirror the desktop.
