Web Designer won't start after upgrading to new Windows 11 Computer

Web Designer won't start after upgrading to new Windows 11 Computer. Reinstalled Web Designer Premium and it won't accept my serial number. Any suggestions? Thanks. (All programs in my Windows 10 computer were transferred to the new Windows 11 computer with Easy Transfer software.)

Which version of Web Designer are you attempting to activate?

Are you getting an error message if so what ist and please quote in full.
