Web Designer Pro X plus Free Gift

Once again I got stung by a purchase from Magix, I just order the full version of Web Designer Pro X, with a free gift of ASEOPS 11. Just purchased today (3-10-2021) and no followup email containing the install information in my inbox or junk folder. This is not the first time I purchased software from Magix and did not get the free software title that was included.

If anyone knows who I can contact to receive this item, or instructions on how to obtain this ASEOPS 11 software, it would be appreciated.

Thank you! We have emailed infoservice@magix.net, us-shop@magix.net, @MAGIX_INT, fb_MAGIX, ig_magix, Xara web interface and info@acebit.de. No email filters, no server block lists for *.xara; and still no replies, no invoice, no customer service. This "user forum" is the interface that has provided any response, of any kind.
